Adventure & Wellness Weekend - Wim Hof Method

Join us as we dive into the fascinating world of the Wim Hof Method, exploring the 'how and why' behind this powerful practice. Discover how integrating the three pillars—breathing, cold exposure, and mindset—into your daily life can revolutionize your health and well-being.

Day 1 ) Begin with an invigorating group breathwork session, where you'll connect with others and tap into the profound benefits of conscious breathing. Next, challenge yourself with an optional ice bath, embracing the invigorating power of cold therapy. Finally, unwind and rejuvenate in our steaming sauna, allowing your body and mind to relax and rejuvenate.

In the afternoon we make our way out onto the waters of beautiful Lough Derg for guided kayaking, which promises amazing views and lots of fun. The evening will finish with a beautiful evening meal after our day's adventures, and we'll be ready for a great sleep!

Day 2) Welcome the dawn with an unforgettable wild swimming experience in Lough Derg, accompanied by a cup of ceremonial-quality cacao. Home for breakfast and then head out to explore the rugged trails of the Slieve Bloom / Tipperary Mountains.
