Our super friendly instructors are there to help get your kids hooked on the outdoors, learn new skills and keeping fit!
Lough Derg is our playground of adventure, a perfect learning environment, unspoilt nature with so much fun to be had.
Summer Camps are running weekly in Portumna accross the summer.
10am-3pm. Mondays - Fridays.
Activities include:
- Kayaks + canoes
- L1-2 Canoeing Ireland kayak skills
- Stand up Paddle Boards
- Water safety awareness, basic navigation + rescue
- Basic bushcraft skills, forest art + crafts, orienteering, leave no trace

Home time is 3pm, parents please be here for pick up no later than
10am at the Swimming Area Portumna
Swim suit + towel. Plus warm clothes for getting dressed back into, eg fleece / hoody / hat / warm coat / sunscreen
Wetsuit booties or wetshoes, or old runners that you don't mind getting wet.
If your child has a base layer or a rash ves it can be warmer to wear a layer under the wetsuit
Lunch, snacks + water
Medications
- All under the supervision of fully qualified instructors in a FUN SAFE LEARNING environment
- Each camp lasts 5 hrs in total per day, Monday - Friday, 10am-3pm
- Wetsuit, caguoles and safety gear are included
Shoes, please bring either wetsuit booties / water shoes or old runners, plus a spare for land activities

- Participants all wear adequate flotation equipment, but should be comfortable with the possibility of falling into water. Junior camp water activities are kept very tame and fun as the focus to help build confidence and a love of the water, we will not stray too far in our boats!

Sibling discounts are discounts applied to families, not for groups of friends.
Unfortunately we can not give refunds if you cancel with less then 7 days notice.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel our sessions without prior notice, due to any unforseen circumstances or when we deem it unsafe to run the activities.
